This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 08.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner for assignment of land to an extent of 49 Sq.yards in Sy.No.1129 of Gandhi Nagar, First Line, Lakshmi Raghuramaiah Colony, Sangadigunta, Guntur, on payment of market value. Heard both sides.

Since the application submitted by the petitioner dated 08.08.2018, is stated to be pending, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
