HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims that on consideration of his contribution to Telangana Samskrutika Saaradhi, he was appointed as Cultural Artist, by proceedings dated 30.03.2015. Grievance of the petitioner is that even though appointment order was issued and petitioner reported to duty, so far duties are not assigned to him and is not paid pay and allowances payable to him. Ventilating his grievance, on 02.01.2016 representation was submitted to the Member Secretary of the Telangana Samskrutika Saaradhi. So far no decision is communicated to the petitioner and on account of inaction, grave prejudice would be caused to the petitioner. 2.

Though notice was served, no counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents.

Having regard to the fact that representation was already submitted by the petitioner and same is pending, 2nd is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner as ventilated in the representation dated 02.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons and decision thereon should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
