HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38121 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.39 gts. in Sy.Nos.193 and 194/ AA and Ac.0.35 gts. in Sy.Nos.194, 194/ AA and Sy.No.218 situated at Pedda Shankarampet (A) Village and Mandal, Medak District, in spite of submitting number of applications along with necessary documents, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondent No.2 to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said land.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per the prescribed procedure, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
