The petitioners complaining disobedience of order, dated 17.03.2017, filed the instant Contempt Case.

Learned Government Pleader (Endowments) places on record G.O.Ms.No.22 Finance (HR.III) Department, dated 15.02.2018 reporting compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.03.2017 in W.P.No.4930 of 2003, pursuant to the conditional order passed on 25.01.2018.

The counsel for petitioners requests the Court to place the Government Memo on record and close the Contempt. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed, since disobedience is complied with.
