(Per Sanjay Kumar, J) This Writ Petition was filed assailing the order dated 12.11.2018, passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, in S.A.I.A.No.3288 of 2018 in S.A.No.228 of 2018.

Sri S. Sainathan, learned counsel appearing for the Canara Bank, the respondent herein, would inform this Court that S.A.No.228 of 2018 itself came to be dismissed for default as long back as on 15.02.2019. A copy of the docket order dated 15.02.2019 passed by the Tribunal to this effect is placed on record. In the light of this development, this Writ Petition, arising out of an order passed in an interlocutory application in the said S.A, no longer survives for consideration on merits. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground. Interim order dated 23.11.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
