HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2122 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of statusquo order granted by this Court on 04-10-2017. In the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent, it is stated that by the time interim is passed the petitioner was relieved on 26-09-2017 and the petitioner has also suppressed the fact that he was not granted leave on 26-09-2017. But the fact remains that the petitioner has already been relieved and 4th respondent also joined in his place on 26-09-2017 A.N.

In view of the above, I do not find any reason to hold that any violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
