THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 41376 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is similar to the one considered by this court in W.P.No.39131 of 2016, which was filed by the other accused i.e., accused Nos.1 and 5, in the same crime i.e., Crime No.216 of 2016 and the same was disposed of the by this court by order dated.14.11.2016.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also does not dispute the same.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 39131 of 2016 dated 14.11.2016, with the following directions:

"Without expressing any opinion the merits or demerits of the case, the official respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners. If any final report is filed against the petitioners and if any summons are issued to the petitioners by the Court concerned, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned and execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/‐ (Rupees Five Thousand only) with one surety each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, as surety for their future appearance as and when required."

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
