Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Home.

Under G.O.Ms.No.183 Revenue (CT-II) Department dated 21.07.2016, the 2nd respondent - District Collector, who is the member of the District Level Committee for effective implementation of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, is the competent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner, but he made representation to the 3rd respondent - Joint Collector. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make representation to the 2nd respondent - District Collector and the said authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 21.07.2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
