Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court in permitting to send Ex.A.1-pronote and Ex.A.2-security bond, the signatures in dispute by the defendants in seeking by plaintiff to sent, to the handwriting expert, vide order, dated 24.07.2017, in I.A.No.773 of 2014, in so permitting did not observe about the requirement of the contemporary relevancy of the admitted signatures of the defendants, if any, that is also required to consider. 3.

Having regard to the above and with these observations, the trial Court while sending the documents, shall secure the admitted signatures of contemporary relevancy with specimen signatures in sending the same after hearing both sides.

Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
