HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU L.A.A.S. No. 379 of 2016 JUDGMENT:- (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Government Pleader for Appeals appearing on behalf of the appellant, submits that the issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by the Common Judgment dated 31.01.2017 delivered by this Court in L.A.A.S.Nos.301, 320, 323, 328, 334 and 339 of 2015 wherein the Notification and the Award which were challenged are the same under challenge in the present appeal and those appeals were allowed.

In view of the above submission and following the Common Judgment dated 31.01.2017 delivered in L.A.A.S.No.301 of 2015 and batch, the present appeal is allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
