G.Ravi Kumar, v. State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42229 of 2018 ORDER :
The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 3rd respondent on 20.09.2018 against the orders passed by the 4th respondent, dated 24.07.2018, along with stay petition. As no orders are passed by the appellate authority, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the Statutory appeal along with stay petition filed by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition/appeal in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the stay application/appeal, status quo with regard to possession of the subject property shall be maintained. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23rd November, 2018 ajr
