THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.458 OF 2016 ORDER:

Today, Rev.W.P.MP.No.15298 of 2016 is taken up and orders are passed modifying the orders passed in the Writ Petition with appropriate directions to the endowments Tribunal.

In view of the same, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader agreed for closing of the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
