Heard both sides.

Undisputedly, some contentions specifically raised against the amendment that were not at all dealt with by the court in the impugned cryptic order without even reasons, thereby, suffice to set aside the same with a direction to dispose of afresh within one month from the date of receipt of this order by giving reasons to the order if at all to allow or otherwise, as the case may be, by meeting the contentions to the extent necessary.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
