Different petitioners filed these three writ petitions. The petitioners' claim that they belong to Kummari Community and they are engaged in pot making unit and brick unit and eking out their livelihood and the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, has allotted lands in question in Sy.Nos.180 and 181 of Kummarigudem, Machilipatnam Mandal, Krishna District and they are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 visited their lands and asked the petitioners to vacate from the lands in question so as to utilize the lands for the purpose of bus stand, the present writ petition is filed apprehending dispossession. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that there was no proposal for construction of bus stand in R.S.Nos.180 and 181 of Machilipatnam Town and that respondents 2 and 3 never inspected the lands in question and never asked the petitioners to vacate from the lands in question. In view of the above, it is clear that these writ petitions are filed merely on apprehension, which has no basis.
