When the matter is taken up, Sri C.Prabhakar, learned counsel representing the second respondent herein, who claims to have filed appearance today, submits that the respondents have removed the hold on S.B.A/c.No.52152950338, State Bank of India, Makthal Branch of the petitioner, after filing the O.A. before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
