HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.42166 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.6393 of 2019 dated 27.03.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi1 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
