The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.128 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated that the petitioners herein are the relations of the husband of the 3rd respondent. The present complaint has arisen out of matrimonial disputes between the 3rd respondent and her husband and the petitioners were falsely implicated in the above crime. 4.
The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.
