THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20669 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.04.2016, for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-55 cents in Survey No.461/1B1/A situated at Tiruchanur Village, Tirupati Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject land by virtue of registered sale deed, dated 30.09.2014, and made a representation on 14.04.2016 to respondent No.3 for mutation of his name in the revenue records. As no orders are passed on the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the same , respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 14.04.2016, of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties, and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
