Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not correcting the wrong entries which made in online 1-B Form (ROR) for Patta land of an extent of Ac.9.16 guntas in Sy.No.51/A/A and Ac.0.17 guntaas in Sy.No.159 situated in Damagnapur Village, Maddhur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, Telangana State, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 26-09-2016, as illegal, arbitrary and, violate of article 14,19 and 21 of Constitution of India, against the principals of natural justice and against revenue laws and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to enter the name of the petitioner in online 1-B Form (ROR) for Patta land of an extent of Ac.9.16 guntaas in Sy.No.51/A/A and Ac. 0.17 guntaas in Sy.No.159 situated in Damagnapur Village, Maddhur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, Telangana State, by correcting the wrong entries by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26-09-2016." 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that since the petitioner is seeking correction of entries said to have been

CPK,J WP_39566_2016 made in the year 2013, the petitioner can approach the District Collector by making a suitable application.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation itself may be treated as an application made under the provisions of the ROR Act and the authorities may be directed to pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner with regard to corrections in the revenue records in respect of the land an extent of Ac.9.16 guntas in Sy.No.51/A/A and Ac.0.17 guntas in Sy.No.159 situated in Damagnapur Village, Maddhur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
