Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 28.01.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of 10 (1) Adangal for the years 2013 to 2016 for the land admeasuring Acs.3.11 cents situated in Survey Nos.133-1, 133-3, 134-3 and 135-4 of Tulasi Valasa Revenue Village, Komarada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Tahsildar to deal with the representation dated 28.01.2016. 5.

Though the learned Government Pleader for Revenue opposed the writ petition, he submits that the Tahsildar may be directed to deal with the said representation, if he is entitled to do so.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-respondent No.4 to deal with

the representation dated 28.01.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of 10 (1) Adangal for the years 2013 to 2016 for the land admeasuring Acs.3.11 cents situated in Survey Nos.1331, 133-3, 134-3 and 135-4 of Tulasi Valasa Revenue Village, Komarada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, if he is entitled to do so, in accordance with law, as early as possible. 7.
