THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TR.C.M.P.No.703 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner says she earlier worked in Bangalore till recent past and she is on leave. Once, she is working in Bangalore, there is no need of transfer the O.P. to Warangal, her native place, even though there is a restitution of conjugal rights O.P. filed by her in Warangal, that is not a ground to transfer the O.P. from Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to Family Court, Warangal, but for it at all if she wants to transfer that O.P. at Warangal to the Family Court at L.B.Nagar, when she is working in Bangalore and the respondent is of Hyderabad.

Accordingly and with these observations, without prejudice to any such right of recourse to take the petition is dismissed for no merits.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
