This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionersdefendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2017 in I.A.No.194 of 2016 in O.S.No.83 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jaggayyapeta.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
