The only grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted an application to the 3rd respondent seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of agricultural land admeasuring a total of Ac.6-35 guntas in Survey Nos.205/A, 206/A and 207/A of Chinna Yelkicherla village, Kondurg mandal, Ranga Reddy District, basing upon the registered Sale Deed Document No.7472/2018 dated 19.04.2018, and in spite of the previous landlord giving a No Objection on 07.09.2018, the 3rd respondent is not considering his mutation application.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana. In view of the fact that the competent authority has to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the mutation application submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of this order.
