No representation for the petitioner. Heard Sri B.S. Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank. 2.

The Court, while upholding the order impugned in W.P.No.11408 of 2017, by order, dated 04.04.2017, directed the Regional Manager of the respondent - Bank to examine the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2017, on his claim for transfer to a nearby place, where his family is residing or to Giddalur and to take appropriate decision as warranted by law. Alleging violation of the said direction, this Contempt Case is filed. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank produced the proceedings in RBO/ONG/MVSR/85, dated 13.11.2017, whereunder the representation of the petitioner was examined and a decision was made. According to learned Standing Counsel, the said decision was already communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the decision made on 13.11.2017, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings.
