CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.36806 of 2016 ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed the Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue appropriate Writ, direction, or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or order/direction to Respondent No.1, to adjudicate upon of RP 18 of 2016 against I.A.No.39 of 2016 in C.C.No.38 of 2015 on the file of the District Consumer Forum, Sanga Reddy, Medak, in discharge Powers, Procedures and Jurisdiction conferred upon it under the Consumer Protection Act, and pass such further and other orders as may be found expedient under the circumstances."

Sri S. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
