Heard both sides.

There is nothing to impugn the orders of the lower court but for from the consensus arrived subject to payment of all arrears as directed in I.A.No.792 of 2016 of Rs.24,000/- per month within four weeks from today, leave about the subsequent payment continuously as directed therein, the order striking out the defence is set aside by permitting to prosecute the suit; if the order is not complied with as directed above, without any further reference to the court, the order passed by the lower court impugned in the two revisions hold good.

Accordingly and with the above directions, civil revision petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
