THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46385 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the premises bearing H.No.4-92/A, Arutla Village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by virtue of a registered gift settlement deed dated 23.09.2014 bearing Doc.No.5480/2014. While so, petitioner made a representation on 07.12.2016 for mutation of his name in the Grampanchayat records to the 3rd respondent. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. Since the representation made by the petitioner on 07.12.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
