Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for Kodada Municipality. The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: 'This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in non-consideration of petitioner's application dated 16-12-2015 for regularization of land of an extent of 790.42 sq. meters in Sy.No.759 of Kodada Village, Nalgonda District under Telangana Regulation of Unapproved and illegal layout Rules 2015 as arbitrary, illegal and capricious and violative of provisions of Municipalities Act and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dt. 16-12-2015 forth with and pass such other orders as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'
