THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20327 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-25 guntas in Survey Nos.34/AA/1 and 34/AA/2 situated at Tangapur Village, Achampet Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, in spite of submitting representation, dated 12.04.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made a representation on 12.04.2016 to respondent No.8 - Surveyor for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land, the same is not disposed of yet. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application for conducting survey has to be submitted online to respondent No.7 and then only action can be taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application to respondent No.7.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application to respondent No.7 and on filing such application, respondent No.7 shall consider and dispose of the same in terms of the order, dated 28.04.2016, passed in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs. __________________________ A.
