This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in disposal of the claim of the petitioner under Form-3 for deletion of Sy.No.388 to an extent of Ac.0-75 cents of Prumamilla Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District from the dotted lands along with APonline on 08-11-2017 as per sub-Section 3 of Section 4 of A.P.Dotted Lands (Updation in Re-settlement Register) Act, 2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that respondents have rejected the application of the petitioner on 08-10-2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders dated 08-10-2018.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
