This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.189 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506 r/w 34 and 120-B IPC. The police filed the charge sheet in the above C.C against the petitioner and others after investigating into the matter. The learned Magistrate took the case on file against the petitioner and others. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the petitioner is directed to file a discharge application before the Court concerned. On such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. Till then, the presence of the petitioner before the Court concerned is dispensed with. 4.
