HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42432 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed appeal before the 2nd respondent in Appeal No.B/866/2018, dated 16.03.2018 for rectification of entries in the revenue records. As no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the Statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law after issuing notices to the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
