CVNR,J & TA, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed, alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 07.07.2017 in C.M.A.M.P.No.981 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.598 of 2017. 2.

After arguing the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt case, with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy for non-compliance of the conditional order granted by this Court.

Contempt case is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
