(Per Sanjay Kumar, J) Sri Ch.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the Memorandum dated 08.8.2018, which gives rise to a fresh cause of action after the dismissal of writ petition No.28239 of 2016.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
