VRS, J & JUD, J W.P.No.422 60 of 2018 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.42260 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian,J) The petitioners, who are students, had taken some portion of the ground floor of the secured asset on rent. Aggrieved by the measures taken by the Bank under the Securitisation Act, 2002, they came up with the above writ petition seeking only a limited relief.
2. On 22-11-2018, this Court passed an interim order, which reads as follows:
"Since the petitioners are students, who have taken only the ground floor of the secured asset on rent, the 1st respondent shall open the lock and allow the petitioners to take their belongings and thereafter, keep the premises again under lock in their custody. The interim order is granted on condition that the petitioners, after taking their belongings, will leave the premises."
3. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioners have removed their belongings. Therefore, nothing more survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
