Petitioners, who are A1 and A2 in Cr.No.356 of 2016 of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 (1) (s) of S.Cs & S.Ts. (POA) Act, 1989, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
