HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 9398 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Memo No.CGM(HRD)/GM(S)/AS(DC)/PO.D./F.No.819-D2/16-1, dated 04.03.2016, placing the petitioner under suspension.

2. At the time of taking up the WVMP No.1379 of 2016 in WPMP No.11895 of 2016 in WP No.9398 of 2016, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the directions of the Government the petitioner was reinstated into service.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
