HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 6 5 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Humayunagar Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 23.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that as per the records, the Station House Officer, Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, had received a complaint from the son of the petitioner Syed Ahmed Hussain, dated 29.10.2018, stating that the respondents No.4 to 7 herein are the tenants of the petitioner. When the petitioner was alone in the house, they beat the petitioner. It is submitted that Humayunnagar police sent the victim petitioner to hospital on 29.10.2018, fro treatment and made entry into the General Diary and registered a petty case No.811/ 2018, dated 07.11.2018 for the offences under Sections 323 I.P.C., and 70(b) of C.P.Act.

It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the respondents police not taken action on the complaint of the petitioner's son, dated 29.10.2018, is incorrect and baseless."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Humayunagar Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 23.11.2018.
