HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 37250 of 2017 Order:

The petitioner was appointed as Driver in the respondentCorporation in the year 2007 and has been discharging his duties as such. While so, on 28.09.2017, while he was performing his duties from Tandoor to Dhantewada which is an inter-state service along with another driver on bus bearing No.AP-29-Z-1372, a check was conducted. On the basis of the check, a charge sheet was issued along with suspension order on 09.10.2017. The charges relate to ticket irregularities. Challenging the suspension and issuance of charge sheet on 09.10.2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court carefully perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and this Court is of the opinion that they require enquiry. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but directs the respondents to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving due opportunity to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
