Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Venkatapur Mandal, Jaisankar Bhupalpally District, in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 09.02.2018 for mutation and for issuance of title deed and pass book in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
