The petitioners challenge separate orders passed against them individually in respect of different extent of lands claimed by the petitioners. Except stating in paragraph No.2 of the writ affidavit that the cause of action for all the petitioners is one and the same, nothing is mentioned about the common cause of action for the petitioners. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed; however, leaving it open to the petitioners to agitate their rights individually. No costs.
