Considering the limited nature of the prayer, the trial Court is directed to hear and decide I.A.No.811 of 2017 in O.S.No.370 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
