HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42725 OF 2018 Order : (Per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) The petitioner challenges the rejection of his nomination to the ensuing elections to the Telangana Legislative Assembly.

2. In terms of Section 100(c) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and Article 329(b) of the Constitution of India, the petitioner can be left with the remedy that may be available to him after the election process concludes and results are declared. This Writ Petition cannot be entertained in view of the constitutional and statutory embargo noted above. This view is also in conformity with the decisions of this Court in Writ Petition No. 42303 of 2018 and W.P. (SR) No. 68311 of 2018.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice.
