The order dt.12-11-2018 impugned in this Writ Petition has been subsequently withdrawn by 1st respondent on 28-11-2018 by passing a fresh order.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved by it, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
