Banotu Nageswara Rao, v. J. Raymond Peter, I.A.S., And 2 Others
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.3088 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) The complaint in this case is that the direction issued by the Division Bench on 17.07.2018 in W.P (PIL) No.171 of 2018 has not been complied with.
2.
On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, it is noticed that the direction was to consider a particular representation.
3.
Now the learned Government Pleader says that the representation has been considered and a decision has been taken. She has handed over a copy of that decision to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
Therefore, we close this Contempt Case leaving the petitioner to pursue his remedies, if aggrieved by the contents of the decision rendered by the authority on his representation.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
