The petitioner filed W.P.No.28604 of 2016 and when this Court was not inclined to pass any order, the said writ petition was withdrawn by order dated 29.08.2016 without seeking liberty to institute fresh writ petition. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the same relief in respect of same property. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
