Admittedly, petitioner has alternative remedy against the order impugned in the writ petition, under the provisions of the A.P.Chit Fund Act, 1982. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
