THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4327 OF 2002 ORDER:

On 21.06.2018, 11.07.2018 and 19.07.2018, as there was no representation for the petitioner's counsel, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.07.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
