HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.12498 of 2018 ORDER:

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit the 2nd petitioner/A2 to represent 1st petitioner/A1 as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed.

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.3 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.129 of 2018 on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise Cases, Warangal, which is outcome of crime No.39 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.129 of 2018 on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise Cases, Warangal, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
