Bilal Khan v. The State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 35258 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). It is submitted across the Bar that the subject matter involved in this Writ Petition is identical to the one, which has been dealt with, in detail, by this Court in Writ Petition No. 28791 of 2012 and batch on 14.09.2012.
For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the GHMC to receive and process the petitioner's application for building permission without insisting on production of a TSLR Certificate or a 'No Objection' certificate from the revenue authorities. The application shall be considered favourably if it is otherwise in order and in accordance with law. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of.
